Order Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled before they are processed and shipped. Once an order enters the packaging and shipping stage, it can no longer be cancelled.
Refunds
We prioritize customer satisfaction above all else. That’s why we offer a satisfaction guarantee, ensuring your customers receive their orders on time and as described.
Your customers are covered by the following guarantees:
- Full refund if the product is damaged or not as described.
- Partial refund (minus shipping costs) if the product is no longer wanted. The customer must return the item unused and cover the return shipping costs.
Refunds will not be issued under the following conditions:
- The customer provides an incorrect delivery address.
- Delivery is delayed due to circumstances beyond our control, such as natural disasters.
Refunds, Returns, and Exchanges on Easy Fixr
In case a customer receives a damaged or incorrect item, they must submit photo evidence within 14 days of receiving the product. Upon approval, a refund will be processed.
For cases where the packaging is damaged but the product remains intact, customers should file a claim with the shipping carrier directly.
If a customer claims that they haven’t received the package despite tracking confirmation, they are required to submit a claim with the shipping carrier. Retailers must report any order issues within 14 days of receipt; otherwise, the order is considered fulfilled.
Requesting a Refund, Return, or Exchange
If a customer requests a refund, return, or exchange, you can follow these steps for quick resolution:
- Contact our Customer Support team via email at support@easyfixr.com, including any required evidence.
- Once we approve the return or exchange, the customer must return the item to the supplier’s address.
- The customer should provide a tracking number once the item has been shipped.
- Upon receipt of the returned product or a valid tracking number, we will issue a replacement or process a refund minus the shipping costs.
Please note that a tracking number is required to process refunds or exchanges for damaged or incorrect products.
